Orders of US$39.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below US$39.99 are subject to a US$12.99 standard shipping fee.
Orders typically require 1–3 business days to process after payment confirmation. Standard shipping is estimated to take 7–15 business days after dispatch, with a total estimated delivery time of approximately 8–18 business days.
These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to the destination, shipping carrier, weather, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. You may contact our customer support team to request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered. Returned items should generally be unused and undamaged, with the original packaging and accessories retained whenever possible.
